The annual RIS Software Leaderboard Report ranks the best solution providers in retail technology across a number of metrics to ultimately determine the vendors with the greatest customer satisfaction. The report is an independent, third-party, objective research done by Litchfield to ensure all data is accurate and valuable to the retail industry. This year 330 retailers submitted 610 evaluations of retail software vendors and out of which 49 qualified for top rankings in the charts.
