Feedback from the TQM team revealed that the existing process – requiring inspectors to log into the company VPN to upload Excel-based inspection reports was consuming excessive time and bandwidth. “Because our ERP system is internal, inspectors had to connect through our office VPN to submit files, which became especially slow when reports included photos and videos,” said Leung.
