Presented by Supply & Demand Chain Executive and Food Logistics, the annual awards recognize female supply chain leaders whose accomplishments, mentorship, and leadership are helping shape the future of the global supply chain industry.

HONG KONG – June 16, 2026 – TradeBeyond, retail’s leading provider of supply chain solutions, today announced that Angela Rhea, Vice President of Product & Industry Consultant, has been named a recipient of the 2026 Women in Supply Chain Forum™ Award in the Trailblazers category. Presented by Supply & Demand Chain Executive and Food Logistics, the annual awards recognize female supply chain leaders whose accomplishments, mentorship, and leadership are helping shape the future of the global supply chain industry.
The Trailblazer category honors experienced women who have spent their careers driving innovation, operational excellence, and lasting change while paving the way for future generations of women in supply chain and logistics.
Rhea brings more than 30 years of experience spanning apparel design, product development, sourcing, quality, ESG, compliance, and supply chain transformation. Since joining TradeBeyond in late 2025, she has helped shape the company's product strategy to address rapidly evolving global regulations surrounding supply chain traceability, forced labor prevention, sustainability reporting and Digital Product Passports. She also serves as a trusted advisor to retailers and brands, helping translate complex operational challenges into practical technology solutions that improve visibility, collaboration, and compliance across global supply networks.
"Angela has dedicated her career to making supply chains smarter, more transparent and more resilient, while never losing sight of the people who make them work," said Eric Linxwiler of TradeBeyond. "Her unique combination of operational expertise, strategic vision, and genuine empathy has made her an invaluable leader for our customers, our product teams, and the industry as a whole. We are incredibly proud to see her recognized with this well-deserved honor."
Before joining TradeBeyond, Rhea spent two decades at Nordstrom, where she held leadership roles across nearly every aspect of private label product creation and supply chain operations, including technical design, sourcing, production planning, raw materials, quality compliance, and corporate social responsibility. Throughout her career, she led initiatives that improved supply chain visibility, optimized sourcing operations, enhanced inventory management, and generated millions of dollars in operational savings.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Rhea played a critical leadership role in supporting supplier partners and factory workers through one of the industry's most challenging periods. She also expanded women's empowerment initiatives throughout Nordstrom's global factory network, increasing participation from 20% to 52% in just two years while advancing programs focused on leadership development, education, and workplace inclusion.
Today, Rhea continues to advocate for a more connected and collaborative approach to supply chain management. She works closely with retailers, suppliers, compliance organizations, and technology partners to help businesses prepare for emerging regulatory requirements while building more transparent, sustainable, and resilient supply chains.
"I'm incredibly honored to receive this recognition alongside so many inspiring women who are making a difference across our industry," said Rhea. "Supply chains are built on relationships, collaboration, and trust. Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to work with incredible teams, suppliers, and partners who have challenged me, supported me, and shared a common goal of making our industry better. This award reflects their contributions as much as my own, and I'm excited to continue helping shape a future where technology and human connection work together to create stronger, more responsible global supply chains."
The 2026 Women in Supply Chain Forum™ Award recognizes leaders whose accomplishments, mentorship and examples create opportunities for women across every level of the supply chain. Honorees will be recognized during this year's Women in Supply Chain Forum and in upcoming editions of Supply & Demand Chain Executive and Food Logistics.
