With CBX, my team can log into the system, see their goals and current metrics as well as the to-do list from the Critical Path Management (CPM). They can then see what the open items are by division manager or by merchandiser – this has helped a lot for transparency,” said Michel Solioz, Managing Director of Eurogroup.
